Rates

Our rates for Dial Up and ISDN services are $0.25 per minute ($15.00 per hour) when roaming from anywhere. Your calls will be charged by the minute, rounded to the next full minute. Rates apply to all Dial Up and ISDN services and all locations except non-North America and Canada TOLL FREE. Non-North America and Canada TOLL FREE rate is $0.30 per minute. Broadband rates through 31 July 2004 are $0.25 per minute from anywhere with no minimum usage nor any caps. Broadband rates effective 1 August 2004 are given in the below table.

Subscribers will be charged a $5.00 administrative fee, charged per month only for those months when the service is used. There will be no charge for months when the service is not used. All subscribers will be given the first 30 minutes of roaming free, to enable them to test, evaluate and become comfortable with the service.

Region T	Hotspots designated in the Phonebook as US T-Mobile locations. Note: Region T Rates are per 24 hours.

Broadband Definitions:

Region T is access through multiple T-Mobile access points during a 24 hour period beginning at midnight and continuing until the end of 11:59PM on the same day. Overlaps will incur an additional daily fee.

Region S is access through multiple Swisscom Eurospot access points during a 24 hour period beginning at noon and continuing until the end of 11:59AM on the following day. Overlaps will incur an additional daily fee.

Wired Broadband is measured in minute increments and the cap  is based on a 24 hour period beginning at noon and continuing until the end of 11:59 AM the following day. Overlaps will incuran additional minimum or additional per minute charges up until the next day's cap is met whichever is greater.

WIFI Broadband is measured in minute increments and the cap is based on a 24 hour period beginning at midnight and continuing until the end of 11:59 PM the same day. Overlaps will incur additional per minute charges up until the next day's cap is met.

Billing & Payment

Upon subscription, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number and authorization to charge your roaming usage to that card. You will also be asked to specify the amount with which you wish to start your account: $100.00, $150.00, $200.00 or other. (Note: $100 is the minimum starting balance.) Your card will be verified and the specified amount charged to your card and credited to your roaming account. As you roam and use the Net-roamer or PDA-roaming services, your account will be debited the amount of your usage.

At any time you desire to know the status of your roaming account balance, you may obtain this information by contacting accountmgr@net-roamer.com and you will be advised of your balance as of the previous midnight. (This feature will be automated in the near future.)

Whenever your roaming account is reduced to 35 % of your predetermined starting amount, your credit card may be automatically billed to replenish your account. You may change your predetermined account level at any time by contacting accountmgr@net-roamer.com
