MOUSEOVER HOTSPOTS Instructional text that is in red indicates a hotspot – just roll your cursor over this special text and see a definition or other important information pop up.
				TROUBLESHOOTING WIZARDS When you choose a wizard in the troubleshooting section, another window will open in which you will answer a series of questions that will guide you in resolving your connectivity issue. If you are in the middle of a wizard, and wish to start over, simply click START OVER. This will take you back to the first question. You may also close the wizard window at any time by clicking EXIT WIZARD. A nice feature of the wizard is that you also have the option of going directly to the topic that applies to your issue. In some cases, you will need to use a scroll bar to read further or view screenshots.
