Configuring Dial Properties (cont.)
  1. In the General field, enter the number to access an outside line. Note: When dialing from locations that do not require a digit (i.e. 9) to access an outside line, this field should be left blank. For example, if you are dialing from your home, then you do not need a 9 in the "To access outside line" field.
  2. Disable call waiting, if necessary.
  3. To use Pulse dialing instead of tone, select the "Dial Using" and then select "Pulse."
  4. Leave "location same as selected number" checked. This indicates that the number being dialed is in the same area code.
