To select an access point, you must indicate to the iPass client where you are: Search by Location:

| To enter your location information, you can use either type-ahead or the drop down box which will have a complete listing of all available locations. |
| Remember, the client performs a worldwide search. For example, on the Modem tab, if you simply enter an area code without any other information (such as country, state or city), then you could possibly pull up a number outside of your local calling area - possibly even outside of the country you are in. So always narrow your search as much as possible to ensure that you are dialing a local number at all times. |
