Phone Book Updates

To ensure network integrity, iPass has a team dedicated to monitoring the performance of our access points 24 hours a day.

If, for some reason, the performance of an access point falls below iPass' strict standards, iPass will remove the access point and replace it with one from another provider. This means that the access number will change.

Phonebooks are updated automatically or manually through a Local Area Network (LAN). To update manually:

  1. Click Options.
  2. Click Update Phonebook.
